The heart of the plant is consist of twin batching plant of world class Italian twin shaft compulsory mixers , each producing 120 cu. Mts per hour of quality ready-mix

The entire dry and wet process if fully numerically controlled . thanks to specific latest software  which make if sure the perfect composition of all ingredient in perfect ratio . each mixture having separate cement and micro silica silo having the capacity of 300 and 100 tones respectively which make it possible to maintain  the production consistency to the end users an instant ice plant is supplied and commissioned by the german giant KTI which can feed 40 to tones ice per day directly to the mixture which enhance the quality and durability of mixture in terms of span of  life .each and every segment of bath cabin is controlled from a computerized control room by qualified expertise.

1-  مصنع الخرسانة ( mixer ) يتكون من عدد 2  خلاط تبلغ الطاقة الإنتاجية لكل وحدة " 120م‎‎‎‎3 " في الساعة من إنتاج شركة( sicoma ) الايطالية المعروفة . سعة الخلاط في كل خلطة أربعة أمتار مكعب كل خلاط مزود بعدد اثنين مخارج واحد للخرسانة الجافة والثاني للخرسانة المبللة بالماء ومزود بعدد اثنين من الحسساسات لقياس درجة نسبة الماء والرطوبة بالخرسانة , كذلك مزود بميزان للأسمنت , ومزود بخزان وميزان للماء يتم التحكم فيها وتشغليها آلياً , وللحفاظ على البيئة تم تزويد كل خلاط بفلتر لامتصاص الأتربة الصاردة من الأسمنت والمواد الأخرى للحد من إنبعاث الأتربة والغبار .

11-   تم تزوي المصنع بعدد ( 6 ) مضخات ( Pump ) بإرتفع يتراوح من 37 إلى 55م
