Introduction

To meet the extensive needs zinc coated steel, HIT has been set as a state of the art galvanizing facility that combines the most modern Western Technologies ( USA )With experience and expertise.

HIT consists of six distinct work centers:

1-    Production
2-    Laboratory
3-    Quality Assurance
4-    Maintenance
5-    Sales and Marketing
6-    Material Management & Purchasing

Each work center has been created to focus on specific activity with a view to improve product quality and customer service.

Located in the Al Jubail Industrial City is uniquely placed to serve the needs of major fabricators in the Eastern and Central Province, as also for end product fabricated kingdom wide but for use in the Eastern and Central Provinces Or even in the Gulf.

What is the distinction of AL-Jubail Hit Galvanizing Factory for Steel Galvanize from other plants in the Kingdom and the Middle East:  

  1. The plant is prepared with the most recent electronic control systems in Galvanizing process such as heating, drying and treatment.
  2.   The plant contains reservoirs in length of about ( 14m ) and ( 3m ) in depth and ( 2m ) in width. With high velocity system to ensure high quality.
All of heating operations in the plant are carried out by gas fuel rather than diesel fuel, as it is the normal case and process in the other Galvanizing plants, which provides effective combustion processes to reach the temperature that required and to preserve the environment.
  • The process of drying material after Pretreatment by the hot air inside a tank specified for this purpose, in length of (15m) and width of ( 9m ) and depth of ( 6m ) processing automatically.
  • The possibility of coloring materials after Galvanizing according to color as desired by the customer.
  • The plant is characterized by the existence of the treatment system of waste hydrochloric acid that used, as well as another (Flux ) for marinating the integrity of the environment and the health of the employees from pollutants that produced by the Galvanize plants.
  • And for deep belief by the importance of the integration in all different areas of works, and according to our long experience, over twenty years in the Fabrication of Steel, we can combine between the work of Fabrication and that of Steel galvanize in one time to  facilitate and provide the time for the client where we have constructed Galvanize factory nearby Fabrication plant.

    مصنع الجبيل هت لجلفنة المعادن

    أحد أفرع مجموعة هت , وتعد مجموعة هت أقدم المجوعات بالمملكة العربية السعودية وذات خبرة في مجال التجارة والصناعة والمقاولات .

    ولتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلية والخليجية للمعادن المطلية بالزنك . قد تم إنشاء ( مصنع الجبيل هت لجلفنة المعادن ) بالتعاون مع الشركة الأوربية  Western Technologies الأمريكية المتخصصة في مجال الجلفنة , بجانب الاستعانة بكوادر فنية ذات خبرة مميزة في هذا المجال بطاقة إنتاجية 30 ألف طن في السنة .
     

    ينقسم مصنع الجبيل هت لجلفنة المعادن إلى ستة أقسام

    1-    الإنتاج

    2-    المختبر

    3-    ضبط الجودة

    4-    الصيانة

    5-    المبيعات والتسويق

    6-    إدارة المواد والمشتريات

    وقد تم إنشاء هذه الأقسام الستة ليقوم كل قسم بأداء معين ومخصص به يؤدي بالنهاية إلى الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء.

    كما أن وضع المصنع في مدينة الجبيل الصناعية , قد مكنه من تقديم خدماته للمصانع الرئيسية في المدينة والمناطق المجاورة الأخرى وحتى دول الخليج المجاورة.
     
    بماذا يتميز ( مصنع الجبيل هت لجلفنة المعادن ) عن غيره من المصانع بالمملكة العربية السعودية والشرق الأوسط :
    1.   تم تجهيز المصنع بأحدث أنظمة التحكم الإلكتروني في عمليات الجلفنة كأنظمة التسخين والتجفيف والمعالجة .
    2.   يحتوي المصنع خزانات بطول ( 14 متر ) تقريباً وعمق ( 3 م ) وعرض ( 2 متر ) . فرن الصهر مجهز بأحدث التقنية لتأمين سرعة احتراق عالية وتنظيم درجة حرارة الزنك المصهور لمنح طبقة الطلاء بصورة مثلى .
    3.  جميع علميات التسخين بالمصنع تتم بواسطة وقود الغاز وليس وقود الديزل كما هو معمول به في مصانع الجلفنة الاخرى مما يوفر عمليات احتراق فعالة للوصول لدرجة الحرارة المطلوبة ويحافظ على البيئة .
    4.   تتم عملية تجفيف المواد بعد المعالجة بواسطة الهواء الساخن داخل خزان مخصص لهذا الغرض بطول (15 م ) وعرض ( 9 م ) وعمق ( 6 م ) يعمل آلياً .
    5.  إمكانية تلوين المواد بعد الجلفنة حسب اللون الذي يرغبه العميل .
    6.  يتميز المصنع بوجود نظام لمعالجة حمض الهيدروكريلك المستخدم وكذلك نظام آخر لمعالجة ( flux ) للمحافظة على سلامة البيئة وصحة العاملين من الملوثات التي تصدرها مصانع الجلفنة .
    7. ولإيماننا العميق بأهمية التكامل في شتى مجالات العمل المختلفة وبحكم خبرتنا الطويلة على مدى عشرون عام في تشكيل وجلفنة المعادن في آن واحد ولتسهيل وتوفير الوقت على العميل قمنا بإنشاء مصنع الجلفنة مجاوراً لمصنع تشكيل المعادن .
